CPC SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1422 – CPC AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective isolation and enumeration of Vibrio species from food.
