DIPHTHERIA VIRULENCE SUPPLEMENT (Part A & B) DOUBLE PACK

Warm up the refrigerated contents of Part II vial and aseptically add 29 ml sterile distilled water. Mix thoroughly. Aseptically add warmed up (to 50?C) contents of Part I and II vials to sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 450 – TINSDALE AGAR BASE. For 10 ml of TM 450: 1.0 ml of Part I and 0.3 ml of Part II, is recommended. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
