Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 460 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 987 – DOYLES ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE along with 35 ml sterile lysed horse blood. Mix well and dispense as desired.
