AMPICILLIN SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of 50% v/v alcohol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1136 – Aeromonas Isolation Medium Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For isolation of Aeromonas hydrophila from foods.
