BOLTON SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2.5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1510 – BOLTON BROTH BASE (ISO 10272-1:2017). Add 25 ml of sterile lysed defibrinated horse blood. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes.
