Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and add aseptically to 500 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1632 – CHROMOGENIC ENTEROCOCCUS FAECIUM AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
