Description
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix gently to dissolve the contents completely. Aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 2117 – CHROMOGENIC COLISTIN RESISTANT AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
