Rehydrate the contents. Mix well and add aseptically to 500 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 004 – CHROMOGENIC LISTERIA AGAR BASE (ISO 11290-1 & 2:2004, ISO 11133:2014) / TM 1845 – CHROMOGENIC L-MONO LISTERIA DIFFERENTIAL AGAR. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
