FRASER SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 990 ml of sterile, cooled (45-50?C) TM 113 – FRASER SECONDARY ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE / TM 1472 – FRASER BROTH BASE (ISO 11290-1: 2017) / TM 1937 – HALF FRASER BROTH BASE (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2092 – FRASER BROTH BASE. Mix well and dispense as desired.
