GBS SUPPLEMENT (Store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and add it to 475 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1545 ? GBS MEDIUM BASE along with 25 ml inactivated Horse serum TS 014. Mix well.
