KIMMIG SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT (Store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the content of one vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1211 – KIMMIG FUNGI AGAR BASE. Mix well and aseptically pour into sterile petri plates.
