L.MONO SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT I

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 460 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1443 – ALOA LISTERIA AGAR BASE (L. MONO DIFFERENTIAL AGAR BASE) along with sterile contents of one vial of L. Mono Enrichment Supplement I and sterile rehydrated contents of one vial of L. mono Selective Supplement II or add in 470 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1806 – L. MONO CONFIRMATORY AGAR BASE along with sterile contents of one vial of L. mono Enrichment Supplement I and rehydrated contents of one vial of L. mono Selective Supplement II or add in 470 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 2148 – L. MONO BLOOD AGAR BASE along with sterile contents of one vial of L. mono Selective Supplement I. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
