LEGIONELLA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT (store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) Legionella Agar Base M809 along with rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Legionella Growth Supplement (Twin pack) (Part A and B) and Legionella Supplement. It can also be added to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 684 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR BASE along with rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Legionella Selective Supplement IV and Legionella Supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
