LEGIONELLA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT II (store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 684 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR BASE along with rehydrated contents of Legionella Selective Supplement IV and Legionella Supplement TS 019. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective isolation of Legionella species from mixted cultures.
