LEGIONELLA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT IV (MWY) (store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 684 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR BASE / TM 1894 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR MEDIUM (ISO 11731-2:2017) alongwith rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Legionella Supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective isolation of Legionella species.
