LEPTOSPIRA ENRICHMENT SUPPLEMENT

Warm up the refrigerated Leptospira Enrichment to room temperature and aseptically add 1 vial to 180 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 153 – LEPTOSPIRA MEDIUM BASE. Mix well and dispense as desired.
