Description
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well to dissolve, avoid frothing and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1299 – LISTERIA OXFORD MEDIUM BASE (ISO 11290-1). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
