LISTERIA UVM SUPPLEMENT I (Store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml sterile, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1225 – LISTERIA ENRICHMENT MEDIUM BASE (UVM). Mix well and dispense as desired.

For selective isolation and cultivation of Listeria monocytogenes from clinical specimens.
