MCBRIDE LISTERIA SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of one vial with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 990 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 905 – MCBRIDE LISTERIA AGAR BASE along with 5% v/v sterile defibrinated blood. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective isolation of Listeria species.
