MYCOPLASMA UROGENITAL SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Aseptically rehydrate the contents of 1 vial in 10 ml sterile distilled water. Aseptically add 1 vial to 500 ml of sterile, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1267 – MYCOPLASMA UROGENITAL MEDIUM BASE along with 1 vial of Vitamins amino Growth Supplement, 1 vial of Urea Solution 5% and 50 ml Horse Serum. Mix well and dispense as desired.

For selective cultivation of Mycoplasma associated with urogenital infections.
