POTASSIUM LACTATE 50% (10ml/vl)

Add contents of 1 vial to 990 ml of distilled water used to suspend TM 172 – LYSINE MEDIUM BASE / TMV 172 – LYSINE MEDIUM BASE (VEG.). Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 50?C. Adjust the pH to 5 and pour into sterile petri plates.

For isolation and enumeration of wild yeast and pitching yeasts.
