Description
Warm up refrigerated solution to room temperature. Aseptically add 1 ml to 1000 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1329 – APRY AGAR BASE along with 5 ml concentrated acetic acid. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plate.
