SALMONELLA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5ml of sterile distilled water. Mix gently to dissolve the contents completely. Aseptically add the rehydrated contents of one vial to 500ml of sterile, cooled (45-50?C) of TM 1839 – CHROMOGENIC SALMONELLA AGAR. Mix well and dispense as desired.
