SODIUM BICARBONATE SOLUTION (20 ml/vl)

Warm up the refrigerated solution to room temperature. Add content of 1 vial aseptically with 980 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1190 – GTC Agar Base M922 along with 2 vials of GTC Supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
