Warm up the refrigerated Urea solution to room temperature and aseptically add 1 vial to 425 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1267 – UROGENITAL MYCOPLASMA MEDIUM BASE along with 1 vial of Vitamin amino Growth Supplement and 1 vial of Mycoplasma Urogenital Selective Supplement and 50 ml of Horse Serum. Mix well and dispense as desired.

For selective cultivation of Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum.
