Polysorbate 80 Agar (Veg) is prepared by using Veg peptone in place of peptic digest of animal tissue which is free from BSE/TSE risks. This medium is the modification of Polysorbate 80 Agar which is recommended for the cultivation of variety of microorganisms. It is a nutritional medium containing neutralizing agent.
