Description
Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile 0.2 N Sodium hydroxide. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 2025 – C.L.E.D. AGAR BASE W/O INDICATOR. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
