CHLORAMPHENICAL SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 563 – SABHI AGAR BASE / TM 667 – ASPERGILLUS DIFFERENTIATION MEDIUM BASE / TM 982 – DICHLORAN GLYCEROL MEDIUM BASE W/ROSE BENGAL / TMV 982 – DICHLORAN GLYCEROL MEDIUM BASE W/ROSE BENGAL (VEG.) / TM 276 – ROSE BENGAL AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
