Description
Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 2 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 2127 – CHROMOGENIC M-COLICONFIRM BROTH. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
