ENTEROCOCCUS SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to sterile, cooled (45-50?C) 100 ml of TM 1388 – MUG SF BROTH BASE / TM 2220 – MUD SF BROTH BASE along with 1 ml of sterile 1% T.T.C. Solution. Mix well and dispense as desired.

For enumeration of intestinal Enterococci from surface and waste water.
