L.MONO ENRICHMENT SUPPLEMENT II *

Thaw the contents of 1 vial of L. mono Enrichment Supplement I at room temperature. Aseptically add the sterile contents of one vial to 460 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1806 – L. MONO CONFIRMATORY AGAR BASE / TM 1443 – ALOA LISTERIA AGAR BASE (L. MONO DIFFERENTIAL AGAR BASE) along with sterile rehydrated contents of one vial each of L. mono Selective Supplement I and L. mono Selective Supplement II. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective differentiation of Listeria monocytogenes from other Listeria species.
