L.MONO SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT II (store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of 0.2 N Sodium hydroxide, further add 3 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 460 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1443 – ALOA LISTERIA AGAR BASE (L. MONO DIFFERENTIAL AGAR BASE) along with sterile contents of 1 vial of L. mono Enrichment Supplement I and sterile rehydrated contents of 1 vial of L. mono Selective Supplement I or add in 470 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1806 – L. MONO CONFIRMATORY AGAR BASE along with sterile contents of 1vial of L. mono Enrichment Supplement I and sterile rehydrated contents of 1vial of L. mono selective Supplement I. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
