LEGIONELLA GROWTH SUPPLEMENT (Store below 8? C)

Rehydrate the contents of part A with 5 ml sterile distilled water. Warm up the refrigerated solutions of part B to room temperature. Aseptically add Part A and Part B to 490 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 760 – LEGIONELLA ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE TM 759 – LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE along with the Selective Supplements as desired. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.

For enhancing growth of Legionella species.
