LEGIONELLA (GVPC)SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 440 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1218 – LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE / TM 2156 – LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE W/O CHARCOAL along with 50 ml of Legionella Growth Supplement BCYE or to 500 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1894 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR MEDIUM (ISO 11731-2:2017). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
