LEGIONELLA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT (GVPN) (Store below 80C)

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 440 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1218 – LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE / TM 2156 – LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE W/O CHARCOAL along with 50 ml of Legionella Growth Supplement BCYE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For enhancing growth of Legionella species.
