MODIFIED CFC SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 5 ml distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C), TM 2023 – CFC AGAR BASE (CEPHALOTHIN-SODIUM FUSIDATE-CETRIMIDE AGAR) / TM 2024 – CFC AGAR BASE (CEPHALOTHIN-SODIUM FUSIDATE-CETRIMIDE AGAR). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.

For selective isolation of Pseudomonas species.
