MUG SUPPLEMENT (50 MG PER VIAL)

Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 5 ml methanol. One vial is sufficient for 500 ml agar media or 1000 ml of broth media. Add the contents of 1 vial to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 2186 – M-FC BASAL MEDIUM. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For measuring b – glucuronidase activity, for rapid and sensitive identification of Escherichia coli.
