MYCOPLASMA ENRICHMENT SUPPLEMENT

Aseptically add the contents of 1 vial to 70 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 233 – MYCOPLASMA AGAR BASE (PPLO AGAR BASE) / TM 794 – MYCOPLASMA BROTH BASE W/O CV (PPLO BROTH BASE W/O CV) / TM 235 – MYCOPLASMA BROTH BASE W/ CV (PPLO BROTH BASE W/ CV). For MYCOPLASMA BROTH BASE W/ CV M268 add 0.285 ml of 1% Potassium Tellurite along with Mycoplasma Enrichment Supplement. Mix well and dispense as desired.
