NEOMYCIN SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix gently to dissolve. Aseptically add the contents to 940 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 927 – ANAEROBIC BLOOD AGAR BASE / TM 1274 – PAGANO LEVIN BASE along with 50 ml of sterile defibrinated sheep blood. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. STORAGE Vials should be stored in sealed container at 2-8?C. NOTE:
