NON SPORE ANAEROBIC SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) 490 ml of TM 915 – WILKINS CHALGREN ANAEROBIC AGAR BASE / TM 916 – WILKINS CHALGREN ANAEROBIC BROTH BASE, enriched with 5% v/v sterile defibrinated blood. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.

For selective isolation or cultivation of non-sporing anaerobic bacteria.
