Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1400 – MULLER KAUFFMAN TETRATHIONATE BROTH BASE / TM 1127 – SEMISOLID RAPPAPORT VASSILIADIS MEDIUM, MODIFIED / TM 546 – SOYABEAN BILE BROTH BASE / TM 2056 – DOUBLE MODIFIED LYSINE IRON AGAR BASE / TM 2301 – RS MEDIUM BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
