OXFORD LISTERIA SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix gently to dissolve and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1229 – LISTERIA OXFORD MEDIUM BASE (ISO 11290-1) / TM 2163 – LISTERIA OXFORD MEDIUM BASE, MODIFIED. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.

For selective isolation of Listeria species.
