OXYTETRA SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-5?C) TM 1198 – CHROMOGENIC OGYE AGAR BASE / TM 799 – OXYTETRA GLUCOSE YEAST AGAR BASE (OGYE AGAR BASE) / TM 1061 – OXYTETRA GLUCOSE YEAST AGAR BASE (OGYE AGAR BASE) ISO 6611:2004 / TM 800 – OXYTETRA GLUCOSE YEAST AGAR BASE W/ BIOTIN. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
