PCP SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 1894 – BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR MEDIUM (ISO 11731-2:2017). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.

For selective isolation and cultivation of Legionella species from cooling towers, clinical and other material.
