STREPTO SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2-5 ml of sterile distilled water. Aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 071 – COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE / TMV 071 – COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 2044 – COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE W/ 1% AGAR / TM 041 – BLOOD AGAR BASE No. 2 / TM 1842 – BLOOD AGAR BASE NO. 2 (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2011 – BLOOD AGAR BASE NO. 2 WITH 1.2% AGAR. The medium may be enriched with 5-7% v/v sterile defibrinated blood. Mix gently and pour into sterile Petri plates.
