TICARCILLIN SUPPLEMENT

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 988 ml of sterile, molten cooled (45-50?C) TM 1357 – TTC BROTH BASE (ITC BROTH BASE) (IRGASAN TICARCILLIN AND POTASSIUM CHLORATE BROTH BASE) containing 10 ml Potassium Chlorate Supplement. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes.
