VITAMINO GROWTH SUPPLEMENT, MODIFIED

Rehydrate the contents in 5 ml of Rehydrating fluid. Aseptically add this to 245 ml of sterile, TM 2264 – CHOCOLATE NO. 2 AGAR BASE along with 250 ml of sterile 2% haemoglobin solution. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.

For the isolation and cultivation of fastidious microorganisms, especially Neisseria and Haemophilus species, from a variety of clinical specimens.
